ISPs have been whining all this time that Net Neutrality is a "solution in search of a problem". Well thanks to these exclusivity deals, I think the ISPs will be making a great case for why we need Net Neutrality rules.
What this shows, actually, is that "net neutrality" rules -- which purported to protect consumers against abuses by ISPs -- were not necessary and never will be. It's content that is king, and it's content providers who are abusing their market power.
