I live in a solid coverage area, but can't get reception inside my condo. ATT's response is that they aren't responsible for signal strength inside a structure, so we have to step to a window or go outside to make/receive a call. I for one would sign up instantly if it was a one time hardware charge and no monthly fee but using my minutes.
