Given the thin threat of net neutrality from the FCC, I doubt that you'll see ISPs degrading any traffic over their network (at least until if the FCC sets a precedence by losing their court case against Comcast). Increased caps and metered billing OTOH are clearly picking up steam to fend of these types of antics from other players infringing on their service offerings. |
