I pay for my Internet connection I pay 'extra' for the priviledge of AT&Ts voice/data on my Internet connection - not likely.
For 'just about anyone with WinMo/iPhone', just use WiFi + Skype. Skype = $36/year for dialout.
Or if ATT has their act together, they will simply let you use your existing minutes like Verizon and Sprint.
