goon has been seriously neutered after the whole alliance basically fell apart, so it's basically a smash and grab down there.
and i'm not exactly in a "sov holding" alliance, more of a band of raiders around cloud ring, mostly just picking on big newbie alliances, tough love in 00 sec :P hell we had to TELL them how to warp towards a cyno so we could bait them.
