| Att repair services Att has gotten to be the worse company in the US in the repair service field.I have been without phone service and DSL since the 15th will be out until Monday the 22nd.Called repair service and they SAID that i would be put on the priority list, come on how long does it take? The part that just pisses me off is that at least three repair trucks have been in the area as close as a mile down the road from my house.In the past when i had problems they were very prompt ,quick response what has happened? Needless to say im am very dissatisfied with there promptness.Well i guess i just needed to vent that off.  |

DSL is an unregulated service, and they can take as long as they want to fix the problem. Need support quicker than that, order hi-cap service like a T1.
If it is, and you called it in as such, then they will fix it ASAP.
A week is about the best you can expect from AT&T when it comes to unregulated services. |

Around 2 years ago when I had my dry loop installed, the first installer hooked my lines up wrong ( 2nd guy said 1st wired the wrong condo for service). I called At&t when I couldn't connect and they told me they would send someone out in two days to fix it. About a hour later I get a visit for a At&t tech, was very surprised. |

There's a 24hr response window on voice service in most areas. (It's actually company-wide policy as well, regardless of state). Call the public utility commission in your state. |

A few months back my voice service went out (obviously taking my DSL with it).
I called mid-afternoon and had someone here by 4:30pm, and was fixed up by 5:15pm.
I was very happy with their service.
