1. The noise is normal.
2. Not sure if they have released a newer built since the end of November.
3. RROD is possible in any console. I still do not believe they have a solid fix for it. The RROD is covered for 3 years so just register your console on xbox.com and get to gaming. -- Mets, Cowboys, Devils
