I agree if you need help call your mom she will have more info. Ask anyone in town if they get the basic 10 meg down, nobody does. They should be reported to the Attorney General of Illinois. I just wish Madison Communications were our provider. My dad has them and they have the best customer support I have ever seen and their techs always score high at the cable testing conferences. I had better internet from Frontier telephone. Bevo
