One question I would propose to this debate is; Why would people not want a world wide library at their whim, and how can we influence their perceptions to bring their position in agreement with those who believe that broadband access is essential ? I am positive that this issue will be solved, the government, providers, and us have a lot to lose if initiatives fail.
