We use prepaid just on the principle that it is cheaper for us than to pay a high loaded amount for a regular cell phone. The cheapest Verizon plan we can find that is comparable to what we have as prepay is over a hundred bucks a month. Since we only pay $30 every two months and keep our minutes it's a no brainer.
