We still have it here for the extra money we are paying we get a nice fat SLA something you don't get with Comcast business I asked them about one and they don't offer one and their average time is 4 days on problems.
For a company that is unacceptable in most cases I'd like more then 1 T-1 but its what are budget can handle such is life. -- That was the wild boar.... Moo! My podcast: The Banzai Beat »www.banzaibeat.com |

For a company it's go a little under what speed you need, but you have a rock hard SLA that the circuit needs to be fixed in -- Avatar by: dandelion | Disarm you with a smile. | Tell me, tell me what you're after. I just want to get there faster. |

 | reply to fiberguy yes, but you still only get 250GB/month. Which means, full blast (100/100), you run out of bandwith 3 hours after you billing cycle begins. You can run a business with 3 hours of internet access a month -- Remember 1 in 4 people are retarded. 25% of Americans are Republican. Coincidence? I don't think so. |
|
 | are you retarded? why would both the upstream and downstream be saturated at 100 mbps? and you are wrong, you CAN'T run a business with 3 hours of internet access a month, but if you have comcast business, you have no cap! |

 | reply to FBGuy Some people must have the service and reliability that goes with a T1. Good luck getting Comcast to roll a truck at 11pm at night. If you need more than a /29 be prepared to pay out the ass if you can get it. |

Lay off the crack. years ago bredsbirgeneneetetetetete funny swedesh isp name goes here had dial up speeds outside SWEDEN. They can offer you 30000gpbs inside the node but that doesn't mean that speed is actually worth anything outside your apartment block. |

When you get to a certain speed, and in certain environments, adding more speed doesn't necessarily mean that people will download more...
.. think about it.. and thank you for proving our points. |

Then move to Sweden... we're not Sweden.. we're not the UK.. we're not South Korea... we're not any of the other countries...
I wonder if Sweden says "But America has bigger houses".. or "But America has those nice SUVs..." or "But Americans have more money"... hrmmmmm...
Yea.. if you want cheap broadband, by all means, please go move to those countries.. our economy is not comparable to theirs on many levels... you can't have ALL of what WE have and then point your finder to the other side of the fence... You want what they have.. go there, but be ready to give up a lot of things you enjoy now in the process. And, if you have nothing to give up by leaving, then maybe it's a good move for you. |

thecp join:2004-07-15 Sacramento, CA | reply to Ted Sheckler Woah, calm down there buddy, no need to pop a vein over this. Anyways, I agree, Comcast isn't just going to let their customers have free rein over a 100/100, even if you are paying $500/month for it. I doubt the the cap will be as low as 250gb/month, but it'll be low enough that you might as well settle for a 10/* without a cap. |
