@bf69 in my area at&t is luanching uverse in some aprts of town 18 meg internet so they are upgrading just not as fast as charter
I can tell you they are not coming to Camden anytime soon. when at&t got that statewide franchising law passed they listed areas they were going to have built out within 3 years and Camden as not on that list. In fact as far as I know at&t didn't even bother to apply for a franchise agreement for neither Camden or Benton County
