Charter is changing
Charter is doing well. They have to make up a lot of bad history but good for them for wanting to change and taking steps.
I live in Worcester, MA and they have 60meg internet here. I subscribe to 60meg/5meg and I get that speed 24/7. I had to get a docsis 3 modem.
Keep up the good work Charter
