It's not 100mbps but it's still a decent value compared to the other providers in my area (and I always get the advertised speed and it rarely cuts out.)
If they fixed their TV service and didn't charge rediculous prices per DVR and provide such CRAPPY dvr's I'd probably switch back to cable (maybe... I love direcTV)
It's something they need to think about!
