| Answering the CC softphone Am I just a total user interface idiot? How in the world do you answer an incoming call on the CC softphone? I see a notification that there is an incoming call. If I press the green button to answer it, instead it attempts to open a new outgoing call and it hangs up on the incoming caller.
The only way I can see to answer the call is to have auto answer (AA) already on before the call comes in. Any help here? |

I'm not sure but I think the softphone was just glitching. My calls were coming in but hanging up the moment I answered. |

| I had some trouble with the CC softphone too. Every time I tried to call a toll-free number, I'd get a blast of noise through the softphone and the could would not go through. I initiated a trouble ticket and CC advised me to use the free X-Lite softphone for more reliability. They were right--everything is working more smoothly.
