Much thanks! |

| reply to signmeuptoo pretty much none of them are secure. If there is sensitive info in this file, I would use scp or sftp. ftp with ssl authentication should be fine if the contents of the file aren't trade secret or something else. The idea is that the only endpoints are you and the other computer, unlike with say, MSN Messenger or e-mail. -- deltree /y C:\*.* |

The idea is that the only endpoints are you and the other computer, unlike with say, MSN Messenger or e-mail. You can secure any file that goes on the filesharing site just fine. You can make them private, change the name, change the hash....the extension, or password them.
Google free file hosting/sharing sites and sift through the gazillion and there offerings, you will be fine. Just dont use fileshareing sites as if it were a p2p program and list the file name like avatar.rar and make it public....it will be removed. The reason folks name files like that and make them publicly free to browse and share is so the tards can use the file share sites like p2p by entering what they are looking for in the search box for a quick list of similar/exact files. This is how file share sites get shut down. Its how rapidshare got popular...if RS gets shutdown today, they still made way more money than they invested, wouldn't care, and then start over under a different name/domain name and get rich again cause fools pay them for premium. -- Live Free or Die! www.sidux.com www.chronixradio.com

Dslr has their own sharing service but its limited to 7 people (/sendfile). -- I found the key to success but somebody changed the lock. |
