ask for permission before using Google's name?

not sure if they have to or not.. but i don't want my name associated with Topeka, Kansas. have you been to the place?

Ummm... while they do have a trademark on the word for the business of search engines, google themselves ripped off the name.

But, I have to agree with ya... and I HAVE been to Topeka.
