Seriously.. maybe these people could get bright enough to come up with a package to a provider out there already and attract fiber deployment on their own.
And cities have tried that only to be turned down when they don't give over their entire city both financially and physically.....and if they DO do such a deal, they are left with that one big company who then jacks up prices.
