It can't be more than what cable or phone costs.
It is all about the cost of burying lines, fiber is cheap in comparison to copper wire. Google can bury fiber to begin with and make its money back over time at the same price cable and phone companies can charge. Cable and phone has to completely throw away their origninal investments and start over if they want fiber. I wonder if all the copper phone and cable lines have even been paid for yet? -- Republicans: less fiscally conservative than that other party.
