This will prove interesting, considering Frontier bought Verizons WI operations. Also Charter did the free upgrade from 5 Meg to 8 Meg, while most of Verizons dsl customers can not get the 7.1 Meg DSL.. »Charter Offers Free Speed Upgrades
It would not surprise me if Frontier had a problem trying to to compete with Charters internet.
[Charter and Verizon are both in quite a few WI cities.. together.]
