I would have to say it would be Sacramento or Placer Counties with the fact Surewest is pushing out 50/50 speeds on their fiber service.
don't forget kansas city, well they haven't even cover half the states yet so yea fiber optic is still the future and many in the future will still not have it unless 1. they want it 2. willing to pay more 3. surewest are making effort to cover more area. 4. surewest has to reap huge amount of profits fabulous you a speed lover dude what ya do with your 20/20 24hrs a day for 67.00 a month? i mean 25/25 fixed LOL a speed upgrade of extra 5mb make ya really happy?
