Has AT&T U-Verse since late 2006. Comcast offers 50Mbps there.
21)Allen County(Fort Wayne), Indiana
They are only the Verizon FiOS metro area in the Midwest. Offered in 2005. Believe that FiOS and Comcast both offer 50Mbps. The wonders of competition!
23)Ramsey County(St. Paul), Minnesota
State capital, and home of part of U of Minnesota campus.
