Both companies are screwed up.

AT&T, with their cheapo FTTN, can't brag about being able to bring decent bandwidth to all their customers.

And Time Warner, who somehow thinks customers won't notice that they're not upgrading to DOCSIS 3.0, while other cable providers are.

What have these guys been smoking?
