I try to stream a radio channel at dial up level 32kbs and several times a day it can't keep up. In addition a few times a DAY service just STOPS for about 1-2 min and then seems back to normal.
I think they have BIG problems. I think every time someone changes a channel on their U-Verse TV, MY speeds drop! At least feels that way...
Go the the U-verse forum on this site and get the contact information for the Tier II team. I guarantee (from personal experience) they will fix whatever problem exists with little run-around. |
