If it's really only 5-10 that's pretty fast but disappointing at the same time.
That's because a single "device" has the network all to itself, the rest is guestimates and conjecture...

Are you assuming that they tested the throughput with only 1 device?

Not to mention testing LTE on a cell site hooked into the same backhaul that is running 3G in the first place. In other words there are lots of devices being used already.
