I setup the external mysql and gave the flac files a spin in amarok. They're working fine.
Amarok 2.2.2.90, KDE 4.4.1+, gstreamer and xine backend
and no idea which is getting used
, gstreamer is the one being used.
No delays starting a flac, changing tracks with them, seems pretty snappy even.
