TWC is up to $25 for 768/128 in my area (TX, no CO) and Verizon DSL is now $35 for 1024/384.

Here in CO Qwest 1.5/896 can be had for $30 for the first twelve months...not great but definitely beats Comcast's lackluster econo-tier pricing.
