NOCMan Probably should have stated that it will be difficult for many rural areas to generate the ROI necessary to justify any wireline infrastructure upgrade, not just fiber. Coax, twisted pair, fiber, tin cans and string....it doesn't matter. More often than not, I believe wireless technology is easier, faster, and lower cost to deploy.
