TW doesn't have much bandwidth and all their speed upgrade are a hoax
so stifle competition
so they can remain in control and be able to milk the public as a monopoly
unlimited bandwidth doesn't exist for TW customer
higher speed mean more paying more so why not?

with 20mbit you can do 7GB in an hour or 84GB in half a day
or 168gb in one day |
