Art The Knowledge Base Bulletin has NOT yet been released. This is how Microsoft usually proceeds. They release an Update/Security patch, etc to LATER being followed by a KB article. With crucial security patches, usually the KB follows very quickly but with Moderate or Important patches and fixes like this one the KB may be days or weeks later. So, yes, you can download the update now but you asked what it does. You have to wait for the KB to know what it does.

kudos:4 | You got an answer dated 2005. If that works for you fine. For me, I would wait for a CURRENT answer from Microsoft, not one that old, but that is just me.
