| I don't see that as a bad thing from an ISP, most ISPs today require a credit card for billing. If you can't get a credit card because of bad credit go to your bank and get a Visa or Mastercard Check Card, it works the same and it pulls everything out of your checking account! |

| Well, I called Covad and had my appointment changed for Auguest 4th from 3-7 PM. |

| Covad came out at 2:15, even before the scheduled time!! Not ONE problem getting installed, getting speeds of 138 KBps out of 144, and 160MS Average pings with lows of 98MS. I'm VERY satisfied and can't speak highly enough of Bazillion!!! |

You mean a 128k upload don't you?
The upload limit is set when the modem locks into the network...it can't be changed. |
