Do you honestly think TW won't institute caps in the near future? We barely fought them off in Rochester.
I rather have a 20mbit connection that has no limit then 30mbit or 50mbit with 50-100GB per month Caps with 20mbit you can do 7GB in an hour or 84GB in half a day or 168gb in one day
