What a hot, steaming crock of BS from Comcast to want to go the route of implementing this backward billing program. It's bad enough if you live in an area where you can't tell Comcast to go blank themselves and go with another carrier. Now they really want to make you miserable with this plan.
Way to go Comcast to try and polish your image and win customers!!!
