| Paying for 6mb/s, getting 2mb/s I have been using them for two months. I am paying for 6mb/s and rarely get more than 2mb/s. Everytime I contact support, they put me through the same basic excercises (clearing my cash, making sure that wireless is disabled on my machine, etc.) and always insist that I disconnect and re-install their drivers. They have not resolved this issue and in my mind, this is not at all worth the cost. | |
