That's a pretty hard thing to determine, considering that the easement is set by the municipality and is usually uniform across the board.
I agree - most utility easements in developed neighborhoods are fairly wide bands across the front or the back of the property. The utility company could easily fit a VRAD cabinet inside the easement on every lot if they wanted to.
