Seriously this is such a waste of money.
It would have been cheaper just to have unlimited internet.

Once they get this up and running for every customer they will have a great system to charge people by the GB.
Only a stupid customer would think they are creating this system for them.
In a board room somewhere they created a plan with an ROI for this tracking system based off making money later by charging by the GB.

They don't get a vote on how Comcast spends Comcast's money, since they gave it to Comcast in exchange for internet access.

If we give them money for internet access and they aren't using it to give us internet access, are we really giving them money for internet access?
