They don't get a vote on how Comcast spends Comcast's money, since they gave it to Comcast in exchange for internet access.
If we give them money for internet access and they aren't using it to give us internet access, are we really giving them money for internet access?Pontificate amongst yourselves. I'm still working on this falling tree sound problem.
