| Good bye 3 Web After more than a decade with 3Web I can't take it anymore. Lately download speeds have been under 1 Mps and as slow as 0.1 Mps!! and then shut down all together for a couple of hours.
Tech support tried to help but were contradicting each other. Level 2 support (sounds impressive doesn't it?) said they can see my line all the way to the modem and it is excellent.
Told me they'd have the line opened up for maximum throughput within 24 hrs. (sounds impressive too). A week later still nothing has changed and another call resulted in tech support telling me the area is being upgraded but it could be days or weeks before I see a difference.
When I called to cancel I got some arrogant person telling me that he's a supervisor and I can't cancel without giving notice whether the service is working or not.
Reluctantly signed up with Bell Vibe 6 but was impressed with the much improved customer service. Live is good again. |
