 | Customers Not Serviced Has anybody noticed the crazy website ATT has for customer account management? It took me hours navigating around, entering my username and password a dozen times, click here, click there, talked to a couple of different chat people, only to find out that I can't upgrade my services on-line. Exact same thing happened when I tried to add caller ID to my home phone line. Took me an hour to find out that I can't add this feature on-line, but must call the customer service phone center (Mon-Fri 8 to 5 only). I don't have any faith in a company that can't do a decent website. NO WAY IN HECK WILL I change my TV cable service to ATT U-verse. Wish I had more options for internet.
