You've heard it before-- one person can get (insert_service_here) yet his neighbor 50 feet away cannot.
If you show a map with the neighborhood marked as a service area, you're going to have angry callers insisting the service IS available because the map says so, even when it is not.
Plus, maps have to be updated as areas are added/deleted, and we all know how out of date many ISP websites are. |
