Nope, Suddenlink never did the whole Phorm thing. WOW, yes. SuddenLink, no. No caps either, though extremely high usage in areas without sufficient backhaul (not your area) will result in throttling. I'm guessing that's to keep everyone happy even with a cable node running off a T3...
