There should be a law against this. There should be a law against this, as it allows companies like Vonage to deceptively advertise a low price when it is not. What's not to stop Vonage from advertising that their price is only 99 cents per month, and then when the bill arrives a customer sees all these added nonsense fees (regulatory recovery fee, cost of doing business fee, energy cost recovery fee, fixing the plumbing in the building fee, etc.)??? This has got to stop. |
