Shaw → [BC] Terrible Node Saturation in Sardis, BC

Over the last few days our node has been completely floored. I have a couple friends that are within the same subnet, and we are all seeing 500kbps / 450kbps on docsis modems.

I've escalated the issue with support, and we've done extensive testing. It's not my gear, I can assure that. I'm just curious if anyone else on the forums is in the same area, maybe we can hunt down and kill whomever is responsible, or petition Shaw to replace a bad WIC?

I'm on the other side of da wack, and got no problems. Generally always get full speed, and with powerboost i even see 26mbit down at the start of a download

Going on day 5 of 500kbps downstream....

Still hovering in the neighborhood of 500/400.

Switch to telus and stop complaining about it, cause they won't fix it.

We used to have speed issues years back, but then we called them and then a week or two later we got a notice saying they were going to do maintenance, and after that we got full speed. (guess they just split the node)
