| massive rip off hughes net scammed the shit out of me and they solve there problems by hanging up on you over the phone. I moved into a new house with a preexisting hughesnet statalite and agreed to a contract just buying the survice not a satalite(why would i buy one when i already had one). hughes net then sent over a subcontracter who has no connection with the companey who took down the old satalite and put up a new one. i wasnt worried becuse i made it so clear i was not buying one from them, and the man said he had no charges for me. now hughes net will not give me my money back, have hang up on me too times, will not call me back this is at best criminal. they are a big disorginized componey with no integrity. besides all this my internet connection is horrable. |
