| Wireless EVDO in Rural Texas City I live in a rural city of Texas where the only ISP service I can get will be by either Satellite or Cyberonic. I signed up with Cyberonic in February 2010 and was very satisfied with the reception in the first month. Then my reception keeps getting worse. I supposedly should get upto Download speed of 1.5 MB/s and Upload 512 KB/s. But in the last week or so, I can only get Download speed in the range of 0.16 and 0.40 MB/s and Upload speed in the range of 0.05 and 0.08 MB/s, which is way below the normal speed. I have called Cyberonic numerous times and they keep saying to get a boost antenna. That's what I am going to do. But I do think that I should get at least a decent reception even without an antenna! So what recourse do I have? I think I am going to call them everyday until they got tired of me calling, maybe they'll do something eventually!
This is very annoying as I am paying a pretty high price per month to them!
