CSR Mis-Match when we try to port our main number to another carrier, no help in getting it corrected (If there was even a mis-match. Looking at the LOA and it match what the Integra customer support told me the csr says).
In the IT Consultant field, Will make it a point not to recommend to anyone.
End result finished our 36 month contract ($450 Per Mo.), lost out phone numbers and will have to have everything re-printed, let all of our customers know what our new numbers are (Will take this opportunity to tell our customers about the poor customer support and poor service of Integra Telcomm). |
