Re: FCC should have won said by OldschoolDSL:I'm normally not the kind of person who thinks we should give The Government more power, but this is one time The FCC was trying to do some good. Well, I sort of agree, but I think the FCC was overstepping their bounds in a Title I service...however, as Karl noted, they could reclassify it as Title II, and that would take care of the authority issue. Should be interesting to watch!
