Camden, TN | Great now you can expect caps AND throttling. I guess on the bright side no one will ever go over their cap since most of the things that you do that might put you over your cap will now be throttled. Don't be shocked when that show you're watching on Hulu keeps buffering or that movie download from Amazon or Itunes seems to take an awful long time to download. |

No, why would it? We're fully committed to our protocol-agnostic congestion management system and we think it can be a model for other networks as well.
