Looks like I chose the lesser of 2 evils when I kept TWC as my ISP. My condolences to those of you who don't have a choice. Windstream's customer service is bad enough IMO, but this really takes the cake. -- In relative terms life is shorter than the blink of an eye. Remember that each and every day because in the end it's not about what you've done but how you've lived.
