Why don't they have game 2 HD?? it does not take up any more room then game HD, team HD, PPV HD does as out of 4 of them only 2 can be live at one time?
Why CLTV HD not on INFO HD?? that is used for CSN + HD??
If you use CLTV for CSN + SD then give it's own channel slot or add CLTV HD.

CLTV is not in your area so that why you don't know about it.
